Wow it is early or late depending on how you look at it. I cant sleep again, but not from worrying about bills, its from the damn stomach this time. I get this horrible gas that just wont go away. I drink Malox by the gallon and Tums by the fistful and sometimes I end up awake all night long with this pain. My Grandfather had this as did my dad( dad still gets this every now and again). I watch what I eat spicy wise but here I am up and awake! Oh yeah after buying the new keyboards for the old computer the new computer gets here today! It's a Compac An I want one just like it right now. Screw moving to Florida I want this computer. The keyboard is quieter than the new one we bought. I'm so impressed. My sister also bought a new car today, but the transmission leaked at the auto shop and it's there for the weekend until randy can look at it Monday. I have yet to see it. It was only 1100$ It is a 1994 Chevy astro van. Randy took it for a test drive and says the engine is perfect for the mileage on the van(200,00). I cant wait to see it. Then earlier this week we decided to go to Chicago for a week in June. We're renting a car and driving up to see Aunt Barbara, a school friend of mine and her family , One of mom's friends who's husband died last year, and looking for a friend from the bar days to confirm weather she is dead or not, (the rumors were flying a few years ago) I'm hoping I find her because I will miss her if she is dead. She got us into trouble sure (like the time her and her stupid friend,Jen, flashed this vanload of Mexicans on the way to take them home in Indiana) but we still had fun hanging out (like the time we were at a theatre in Chicago watching local bands and didn't realize it was 5 A.M. and the show was still going on!) I just hope she's ok. The bar we were always at the Thirsty whale isn't there any more (it's a parking lot now) so we cant go see that but there is other things we can do. I just hope we have the money to do it. I'm looking forward to seeing Sheila and her boys. This is the girl who at age 14 got leukemia and was told she would only live a few months, then the Dr said she would never have children. Now she has three. Go figure. She and I got into a lot of trouble when we were teenagers. She was the reason I played hooky so much. Just hanging out at her house and staying awake allnight long. I miss that sometimes just to stay up and do nothing but talk and hang out. But all my friends now have responsibilities and children cant stay up allnight now with that stuff hanging over their heads. I can barely get them to go out on a Saturday night with me, and now they are all into country music and I just don't like country music. Not enough to go out and drink to. Ya know?
Alright enough with the gabbing. I'm gonna catch the sleep train before I miss it. I have boards to do tomorrow and I have to finish them.
